I know most people write you e-mails to either ask a question or complain. I want to tell you how pleased I am with the fuel I received from North Pole and the tune-up by George Hafner's Burner Service. I filled up in September and I am still above 1/4 tank of oil (with my heat on at a comfortable 68). I rent and I can't begin to tell you how happy I am that I received quality fuel from North Pole and a quality tune-up from the people at George Hafner. I just got a cash delivery from JMG Fuel. I received a call a half hour before he came which was very nice. I then could reschedule the rest of my day if need be. I looked up the price prior to his arrival and sure enough it was as stated on the CODFUEL.com website.
This was my first time using this service and it will not be my last.
I didn't have to make multiple phone calls to see who would be in the area who had the lowest price who could deliver for cash etc...

I ran out of oil last night... did an internet search to find phone numbers to call to get fuel (at 4pm) and I found this website.... AFTER I had already called 7 or 8 people who said... nope trucks are parked can't come tonight. ( I have 3 young kids so I was in a state of panic.) Right on the website was a same day delivery... Your service is great. Thanks for putting together this website. The oil companies have had us over a barrel for a long time. Sorry for the pun but it's true. Oil's down to < $40 a barrel but home heating oil is still over $2.00 a gallon. The price goes up the minute the suppliers raise the barrel price but takes months to come down for the consumer. Third time using your service to find the best price in town and have recommended it to all of my friends and co-workers. Yes I used Codfuel.com for an oil burner tune up. We had someone from shoreline petroleum come. Codfuel.com and shoreline were very accomodating. The man who came was very nice courteous and professional. He helped my husband out as well with some questions he had regarded pipes heating pex radiant heat etc. I have been using Codfuel.com for almost a year now and think its great. I have been debating whether to sign up for a service contract or not but have decided that codfuel.com makes things very convenient so I dont really need it. Thanks.........M. Moi

I've used Dial Discount Fuel for oil delivery and for burner service. Oil comes the same day ordered and the guys who fixed the burner were both very good and they came to my house within a reasonable time after I called for service. The one thing I would like to find is a company that offers a burner repair service contract. Your website was really a great idea!..................Betty

Your current website is very well designed and easy to read and informative. One drawback however is that there are (at present) only 4 oil delivery companies to choose from in my area and it appears they ‘match up’ their pricing very closely.

This is the best service I have ever gotten. The first time I ordered was great!!! I put the order through at I think 10pm and the delivery came first thing in the morning actually I was still asleep. This time we ran out of oil in the middle of the night and I placed the order a little after 6 am and General Discount was out here by 8:15 am!!!! Thats unbelieveable. I just want to say that so far - and I am a novice at this home heating oil business - your service has been great from the point of view of the prices how easy it seems (I keep thinking there is a catch) and the level of touch & feel customer service that you provide - ie. replying to my emails at 11 at night etc.
I have told colleagues of mine about you in work and they are looking into it. Some of them have had long standing relationships with their oil suppliers and it has caused them to question price with their suppliers - needless to say I understand that you would want them to order from your website or at least get their supplier to join as an affiliate.
